Job Description 


Stellantis isseekingaWiring Information Leadin the NAParts & Accessories Planning & Launch Managementorganization. The right candidate will be highly skilled, solutions-oriented with program management skills,and astrongunderstanding of wiring information and Aftersales processes andprocedures.This position requiresa hands-on approach to continuously improve thequality of informationrequiredin theStellantisdealer network.

   

Candidatewilllead thewiring information development process andserve as the main point of connection between multiple teams andsuppliers. Specific focus will be toensurewiring informationaccuracy atvehiclelaunch and management of historical informationto ensure repair effectiveness.  Candidatemustpossessa combination of strong technical skills, as well as a do-what-it-takes attitudeand a personwho communicates clearly across allorganizationallevels.    


The selected candidate will need to possess the ability to multi-taskin afast-paced environment, manage multiple high visibility projects concurrently, and deliver results per target requirements.   


Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:   

  • Managethedaily activity of authoring supplier to ensure quality and on-time delivery of information within established budget 
  • Identify, manage, and resolve source data issues related to wiringinformation development 
  • Monitorinformationquality metricsand address systematic quality issues 
  • Monitor internal and fieldfeedbackusing JIRA tracking site 
  • Supportconnector repair kit management on dealer interface
  • Establish and maintain wiring development process/standards documentation 
  • Cross-functional collaborationwithinMopar TSO and other areas within Stellantis   
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex problems related to servicing Stellantis vehicles 
  • Support and contribute to global harmonizationactivitiesacross multiple regions 
Preferred Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:   

  • Associates Degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related field  
  • 5+ years of relevant technical experience 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills   
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced work environment with minimum assistance  
  • Proven ability to work effectively and influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams   
  • Ability to drive innovation and passion about learning new technologies   
  • Ability to deal effectively with engineering, suppliers and supplier personnel   
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences   

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related field 
  • Experience as a dealership automotive technician    
  • ASE Certifications  
  • Experience interacting with Dealership and/or Field systems and processes   
  • Thorough knowledge of the automotive service industry, technical support methodology, and service repair instruction development
