About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions. The Senior Lead Product Manager will be a part of Enterprise Wires within the Wire product team to support key wire channels efforts that include Gpi, FED, CHIPs, and SWIFT channels.

In this role, you will:
- Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs in support of the key wire channels efforts that include Gpi, FED, CHIPs, and SWIFT channels
- Will oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services with the wires channels
- Define the product outcomes and strategy, and drive towards the end-state vision, lead and align cross-functional teams to create exceptional omni-channel experiences, and products with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits as well as be responsible for key business and customer metrics as well as the related processes and policies, including risk and controls
- Facilitate, lead, and align cross-functional teams to create exceptional client & customer experiences and products with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits
- Be responsible for key business and customer metrics as well as the related processes and policies, including risk and controls. Added areas of special focus include, Gpi and ISO related efforts
- Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines
- Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
- Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide
- Serve as an adept advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Wires and/or cross border payments product management experience within banking, fintech, or financial services
- Payment Transformation experience (FedWire, SWIFT, CHIPS, ISO)
- ISO 20022 Transformation and Global Payments Innovation (Gpi)
- 2+ years of ISO 20022 related experience
- 2+ years of Gpi related experience
- Correspondent and/or Corporates Banking wires experience
- Treasury management/transaction banking experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels
- Experience with large vendor/provider ecosystem
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
- Analytic and strategy experience to evaluate business opportunities and advocate for investments
- Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization working with multiple internal teams
