JOB SUMMARY

The Wireman III is a senior, highly skilled individual contributor responsible for complex electrical assemblies, advanced troubleshooting, and supporting higher‑level builds. This role serves as a technical mentor to Wireman I and II team members and partners closely with engineering on prototype, NPI, and continuous improvement efforts. This position is not a people‑manager role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute and lead complex electrical and control panel assemblies with minimal supervision
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis
  • Support prototype, NPI, and engineering change builds
  • Collaborate with Engineering to resolve design or manufacturability issues
  • Provide technical guidance and on‑the‑job mentoring to Wireman I and II staff
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to improve quality, efficiency, and repeatability
  • Ensure work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards

  • Proven ability to work independently on complex builds

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exposure to automation systems or PLC‑controlled equipment
  • Experience supporting prototype or NPI builds
  • Experience working in regulated, safety‑sensitive, or quality‑driven environments (e.g., manufacturing, industrial equipment)
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $65,000 – $85,000 per year.
