JOB SUMMARY
The Wireman II independently performs moderately complex electrical assemblies and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong schematic interpretation skills, hands‑on electrical testing, and the ability to resolve routine wiring issues with minimal supervision. The Wireman II supports production quality and assists with training and support of Wireman I employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble moderately complex electrical wiring systems and control panels
- Read and interpret multi‑circuit schematics and wiring diagrams
- Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting using standard tools
- Independently resolve routine rework and wiring issues
- Support and assist in training Wireman I employees
- Ensure work meets quality, safety, and production standards

- Experience with control panel or industrial wiring
- Exposure to engineering changes or revision‑controlled builds
- Experience providing informal support or mentoring to less‑experienced wiremen
The base pay range for this role is $26 – $35 per hour.
