What We Need:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Wireless Network Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve the review and analysis of network build plan and development sites which requires meticulous attention to our wireless network infrastructure to ensure top-tier service quality and seamless connectivity. You’ll work collaboratively with our talented teams to enhance our network plausibility and deployment strategies are aligned with growth models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Design: Plan and optimize 60 GHz wireless links using high-resolution line of sight data.
- Optimization & Analysis: Ensure scalability and reliability of the network through capacity analysis and optimization.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Network Engineering, and IT teams to optimize planning software and ensure deployment success.
- Technical Support: Provide guidance during network deployment and ensure timely, quality delivery of network builds.
- Data Insights: Ability to create custom dashboards to track performance, identify challenges, and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally with a wireless internet service provider.
- Technical aptitude to analyze complicated structural plans and designs.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with wireless communication technologies.
- Experience creating queries and analysis of network connection points.
- Intermediate Excel skills, ability to create google sheets.
- Past experience with Salesforce and Monday.com.
- Additional Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience creating performance dashboards and reports.
- Experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) would be preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various departments.
