This position is responsible for the processing of wire transfer requests, both domestic and international, and related tasks or projects as required.
Primary Duties:
- Process all incoming and outgoing domestic and foreign wire transfers.
- Provide support to both internal business units and external customers who require assistance with any wire inquiries/issues.
- Resolve wire processing issues by contacting appropriate vendors when necessary to maintain established service levels.
- Follow established policies and procedures, accurately and efficiently to meet team quality standards.
- Consistently meet wire service level guidelines and production standards on a daily basis.
- Promptly escalate critical issues affecting wire transfer processing to the Electronic Payments Manager.
- Work flexible hours to support the department needs to include after hours and weekends, if necessary.
- Continually review daily workflow looking for improvements in production processing.
- Provide courteous, accurate and prompt assistance to coworkers or customers.
- Know by name and face as many customers and employees as possible, calling them by name as often as possible.

- Conduct activities consistent with established Bell Bank policies, procedures and systems, the Bell Bank Employee Conduct policies, the Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

- Prompt and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Skills Required:
- High school diploma; B.A. preferred.
- Experience in wire transfer processing and bank operations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, research, analytical and problem-solving skills is essential.
- Ability to multi-task and meet specific deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in using personal computers and related software programs including, but not limited to, Windows and Microsoft Office.
