A Client Support Specialist should be knowledgeable of all Bank services and products, promote and deliver services to include, processing outgoing domestic, international and foreign wires as well as process NSF or Overdraft reports and assist with review of Remote and Mobile Deposits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and deliver services, to include, but not limited to deposit accounts, existing loans, fund transfers, wire transfers, stop payments, and statistical information
- Process outgoing domestic, international and foreign currency wires
- Process central operations/middle office originated entries which require further processing within the bank
- Assist with review of daily Remote and Mobile deposits
- Monitor correspondent account balances to ensure proper balances are maintained
- Process third party vendor charges
- Prepare accurate reports required by the regulatory agencies related to wire transfers
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of central operations/wire room experience in a similar financial environment
- Excellent customer service skills, including oral and written communication
- Ability to effectively contribute to a positive team environment and work toward achieving goals
- Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must adhere closely to bank procedures and regulations
- Knowledge of bank processes related to wire transfers
- Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
Benefits:

Salary Range: $22.00-29.00 per hour. The compensation range for this position represents the minimum and maximum base salary for this role. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, location, education, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for additional bonuses, where applicable.
Employment is subject to applicable federal and state regulatory requirements, including background screening requirements applicable for financial institutions.
