Excited to begin your journey as a ski or snowboard instructor?
Join our Winter Sports School as an Apprentice and gain hands-on experience while learning how to teach young guests. This entry-level opportunity is designed for individuals (ages 14-15) who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to an unforgettable on-mountain experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist instructors with teaching skiing or snowboarding in group lesson settings.
- Support guest engagement by helping create a welcoming, fun, and safe environment.
- Learn instructional techniques and safety procedures under guidance.
- Observe and participate in lessons to gain experience with skill progression and guest interaction.
- Provide resort and mountain information to guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Loves being outdoors, in the mountains, and being active!
- Friendly, patient, positive, and great with kids.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions such as wind, rain, and snow.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must provide a letter of recommendation from a Brian Head Resort Winter Sport School Instructor.
