Job Title: Wintel Support Specialist
Location: Pune
Wintel Support Specialist provides technical support for Microsoft Windows and Intel-based systems, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and maintaining the stability of the environment.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to Windows servers and client machines.
- Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
- Document issues, resolutions, and knowledge base entries.

- Participate in change management processes.
- Work with other IT teams and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
