- Identify, log, and monitor issues and outages to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Ensure timely assignment and resolution of incidents to meet service level agreements.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in IT service management.
- Deploy service management procedures and tools to maintain documentation standards.
- Operate IT production services in accordance with established protocols.
- Expert proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
