What makes you a great fit- 5+ years of experience in Windows system-level development
- Strong expertise in C++ (mandatory)
- Deep understanding of Windows internals
- Strong knowledge of WinAPI and OS-level programming
- Experience with networking, system hooks, and OS event handling
- Understanding of Windows security model (UAC, permissions, service isolation)
- Experience in performance-critical or low-latency systems
- Strong debugging skills using system tools (logs, profilers, tracers)
- Upper-intermediate+ level of English
- Experience with Electron / Chromium internals will be a plus
- Cross-platform development experience (macOS/Linux awareness) will be a plus
- Develop and maintain Windows system-level components and services
- Build and support Windows background services and persistent agents
- Design and implement OS-integrated infrastructure: system services lifecycle management, auto-update mechanisms, device and environment detection
- Work with Windows OS internals and native APIs (WinAPI)
- Implement low-level networking and system integrations
- Work on system-level audio/video integration on Windows
- Optimize the performance of background services and system processes
- Debug complex OS-level issues (crashes, performance bottlenecks, race conditions)
- Collaborate on cross-platform desktop architecture (macOS/Windows parity)
- People-oriented management without bureaucracy
