As Windows System Administrator at Lumiantor you will be responsible for the daily management, maintenance, and optimization of our company's server infrastructure. Duties include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing servers, implementing security measures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our technical systems.
For successful candidate who need to relocate, we will provide a relocation package.
Your responsibilities:
- Regular system updates, patches, and maintenance.
- Monitoring system performance and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic backup and restore operations.
- End-user technical support.
- Training employees on tools and best practices.
- Maintaining documentation of system configs and procedures.
- Assisting with system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- User, domain and Microsoft 365 administration.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Fluent in German and very good English skills.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for providing customer and personnel services.
- Understanding of the practical application of engineering and technology.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Germany (up to 10%).
