What you’ll achieve
As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.
You will:
- Contribute to the design and architecture of high-quality, complex systems and software/storage environments
- Prepare, review and evaluate software/storage specifications for products and systems
- Contribute to the development and implementation of test strategies for complex software products and devices on the supporting operating system.

Essential Requirements
- Deep understanding of Windows internals, including kernel, services, security features, and system architecture across various hardware platforms.
- Proficient in C/C++, with experience in Python, Shell, C#, and Java. Skilled in debugging complex systems and mentoring others in scalable software design.
- Hands-on experience with Windows driver development, deployment, and signing processes within Microsoft environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple NPI/sustaining projects across diverse OS, tools, and hardware configurations with agility and adaptability.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, coordinate across stakeholders, and drive effective resolution to ensure successful task completion.
Desirable Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Programming in C language or Python
