Your Main Objective:

Leidos is looking for a System Administrator to work on a small team to support a large organization of Windows users. The role will perform Windows domain admin duties in addition to Windows system administration. 

hat maintains multiple production and development databases in a unique and lively customer focused environment. The successful candidate will be a part of a team that provides support to multiple organizations from a central location, with no travel requirements. This is an exciting position that supports a mission critical program with high visibility and a proven track record.

What Sets You Apart:

The role ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

The Windows Domain Administrator will create OUs, objects, manage DNS and DHCP, manage GPO, and manage Active Directory.

This role will be responsible for the following:

• Design domain architecture to support user base.

• Develop configurations for DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft product implementation.

• Design interaction for Microsoft Windows product suite with GOTS products for authentication and integration.

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems

• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems

• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems

• Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution

• Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers

• Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning

The candidate must currently possess and maintain one of the following certifications:

• Microsoft Technology Associate-IT Infrastructure (MTA-IT)

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - Desktop (MCSA-DT) Windows 7

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - Desktop (MCSA-DT) Windows 8

• Microsoft Certified IT Professional - Windows Client (MCITP-Client) Desktop Support Tech on Windows 7

• Microsoft Certified IT Professional - Windows Client (MCITP-Client) Desktop Admin on Windows 7

• Computer Technology Industry Association - (A +)

• Computer Technology Industry Association - (Network +)

• ​Computer Technology Industry Association - (Storage +)

Personnel must be fully cleared. To be considered fully cleared, personnel must have a favorably adjudicated Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) within the last seven (7) years and/or have been enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program. Eligible personnel also require a favorably adjudicated Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CSPG) within the last seven (7) years and must have completed a Full Scope Polygraph (FSPG) during the course of the applicant’s initial or continued final clearance processing.

Pay Range:Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
