We are seeking a skilled and proactive Windows Administrator to join our IT operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting user access, implementing robust backup and recovery strategies, and maintaining seamless network operations. With a focus on system reliability and security, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver stable, scalable, and secure IT services. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning.
- Administer user access and permissions across systems and applications, ensuring compliance with security policies and least-privilege principles.
- Implement and monitor backup and recovery solutions using Acronis Backup and other tools to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Provide technical support for TSplus remote access solutions, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Monitor system health and performance using monitoring tools, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Support network infrastructure by troubleshooting connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
- Enforce security best practices, including vulnerability management, firewall configuration, and audit compliance.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions to maintain knowledge base accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to critical incidents and service outages.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator or CompTIA A+/Network+ are a plus.
