The Role
We are looking for a highly driven, commercially minded Senior Affiliate Influencer Executive to support the growth of our US affiliate influencer program.
This role is both strategic and executional. You will work closely with our Global Affiliate Manager to build and scale a high-performing US affiliate ecosystem across AWIN and TikTok Shop, turning creators into consistent, revenue-driving partners. You will play a key role in affiliate growth, performance, and efficiency in the US market. Please note this is a mid-weight role with significant ownership across execution and performance delivery. 🚀 Some of your responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution
Work alongside our Global Affiliate Manager to implement and scale the US affiliate influencer strategy across AWIN and TikTok Shop
Recruit and activate high-performing, sales-driven creators at scale
Support the design of commission structures and incentives that drive growth while protecting CAC
Run structured comms, briefs, and performance challenges to keep creators engaged and selling
Identify high-performing content and collaborate with Paid and Social teams to scale winning assets
Support the day-to-day management of TikTok Shop, including creator onboarding and commission implementation Campaigns & Launches
Support affiliate and influencer amplification for key US product launches and trading moments
Align affiliate activity with wider growth priorities and campaign calendars
Partner cross-functionally to deliver conversion-led, revenue-driving campaigns
Manage sampling, rewards, and creator operations with a strong focus on performance
Performance & Optimization
Support weekly performance reporting and channel insights
Optimize activity for CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS, and incremental revenue
Test, iterate, and scale what works
Manage budgets responsibly with a commercial mindset

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
2 years of experience in affiliate influencer marketing or growth marketing, ideally within a brand environment
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, CAC, CTR, AOV, and ROAS
Able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated to exceed performance targets
Genuine interest in the influencer and creator space, with an understanding of platform trends

Pay: The pay range for this position is $71,400 to $89,300. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI) This position is LTI eligible.
