Your opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated WHS Business Partner to join our supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you will drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of WHS initiatives that prevent harm and optimise worker wellbeing. You’ll partner closely with WHS, Recovery at Work teams and business leaders to embed capability and ensure WHS risks are effectively managed across the organisation.

With integrity and care, you will:

  • Develop, implement and continuously improve WHS programs and initiatives

  • Partner with leaders to identify hazards, assess risk and embed safe work practices

  • Support incident investigations, audits and compliance activities

  • Deliver WHS education, training and capability uplift across the business

  • Contribute to organisation‑wide WHS projects and change initiatives

  • Maintain WHS systems, data and reporting to support informed decision making

  • Support consultation processes and stakeholder engagement across sites

What you’ll bring

You’re a collaborative WHS professional who can influence, engage and drive practical safety outcomes across diverse stakeholders.

You also share our values of Integrity, Justice, Compassion and Excellence and demonstrate them in the way you work every day. 

You will also bring:

  • Relevant WHS qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV or higher)

  • Experience delivering best‑practice WHS and wellbeing programs

  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in change and project delivery within time, cost and quality expectations

  • Experience in incident investigation and WHS auditing

  • Knowledge of injury and illness management and return to work practices

  • Experience delivering training or building capability (Cert IV TAE highly desirable)

  • Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and best practice

  • NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel (including occasional overnight stays)
