As an Exam Management Analyst within the Wholesales KYC Operations team, you coordinate end-to-end KYC onboarding activities and controlled responses to KYC-related information requests from internal and external stakeholders. You help ensure required documentation and data points are identified, obtained, quality-checked, and submitted within agreed timelines, while maintaining clear audit trails and evidence.

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for KYC onboarding, remediation, and renewal requests, coordinating across stakeholders to drive timely outcomes
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding execution, including document sourcing, follow-ups, completeness checks, and handoff to a central KYC operations team for processing
  • Coordinate responses to regulatory, audit, compliance, and governance requests related to KYC, aligning on requirements and deadlines
  • Validate submissions for completeness and quality against internal process requirements and maintain clear documentation and evidence packs
  • Triage incoming requests, identify required data points and documentation, and escalate risks or issues through appropriate channels
  • Track request status, dependencies, and due dates to support on-time delivery across multiple concurrent items
  • Identify recurring data issues and process gaps, and propose improvements to enhance quality, speed, and consistency
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the exam management approach, including controls, templates, and operating routines

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience supporting the KYC / due diligence lifecycle, including onboarding, remediation, or renewals, and associated documentation requirements
  • Knowledge of audit, exam, or information request processes and the need for controlled, time-bound delivery and evidence retention
  • Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into clear, actionable data and documentation requests
  • Ability to perform completeness and quality checks with strong attention to detail
  • Stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills, including comfort engaging business and control partners
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience coordinating responses to regulators, internal audit, compliance, or governance forums
  • Familiarity with KYC workflows and KYC systems used to capture and manage due diligence information
  • Experience building and maintaining audit trails, trackers, and evidence packs for controls and reporting
  • Experience identifying process or control improvements using root-cause thinking and recurring-issue analysis
  • Experience working in an operations, risk, controls, or client onboarding environment
