ECS Tuning is looking for its next motivated and results driven sales professional to join our company! The Wholesale Support Representative will be responsible for driving rapid sales growth specifically focusing on the B2B channels at ECS Tuning, while providing world class service to our customers. This growth will be achieved by growing existing customer accounts, seeking new B2B accounts and driving revenue growth. This individual will establish ECS Tuning and Turner Motorsport as companies that provides product, expertise and solutions to auto enthusiasts and installers. This position will be based out of the Company’s Wadsworth, OH headquarters.

Requirements

We are seeking a customer-centric professional with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and innovator who is highly organized, capable of effective problem-solving, and comfortable with both giving and receiving constructive feedback. Reporting directly to the Wholesale Manager, individuals with technical background in the automotive industry is a plus.

Daily Tasks Include:

  • Account Management – In this role you will be responsible for driving retention and loyalty with our existing customer base. This will require managing inbound contacts from our customers, order entry, order management, various other account management components including post shipment customer service, outreach to dormant accounts, etc.
  • Relationship Building – In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining trust, respect and brand loyalty. This will  require you to build rapport with our customers, co-workers, asking questions which provide us an effective way to improve service to our accounts.
  • Customer Service - Keeping the needs of the customers front and center providing an overall positive experience. 
  • Daily execution and follow through – In this role you must be results oriented and motivated by a goal. This may require creative solutions to existing challenges so that we can overcome obstacles while delivering on customer promises. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Customer Needs – In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining regular conversation with our customers so that we can identify their needs – ultimately allowing us to serve those needs while building stronger relationships. 
  • Customer Interaction – In this role you will be responsible for representing the company with world class professionalism and the determination to drive loyalty, trust and respect with our customers ultimately seeking opportunity for growth. 
  • General Support Tasks – In this role you will be responsible for managing customer communications (phone, email, chat, Skype, etc.), order entry, order management, post shipment customer support and customer account management. 
  • Order Entry – In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our B2B customers by placing and managing orders, communicating expectations surrounding ship dates, etc. This includes but is not limited to supporting other banners who order from us directly. 

What Success Looks Like:

  • Rapid growth in the B2B space through account management and excellent customer service while meeting revenue and margin plans. 
  • Ability to reduce customer attrition by promptly addressing customer feedback and concerns. 

Skills Required

  • 2+ years experience in sales or customer service
  • Customer-centric with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with effective problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Experience with order entry and customer account management
  • Ability to manage customer communications via phone, email, chat, Skype
  • Based at Wadsworth, OH headquarters (onsite)
  • Technical background in the automotive industry
