Let’s talk about you
Strong understanding of the Business Telecommunications industry and associated products, including FTTN/C, Fibre, and TC1/2/4.
Hands-on experience with business-grade networking equipment, such as Cisco ISR, Fortinet Firewalls, and Cisco Meraki.
Solid knowledge of both basic and advanced networking technologies and protocols, including QoS, MPLS, IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VRF, SD-WAN, and Layer 2.
Experience with managed services, including Cloud Connect, Hosted Phone Systems, and Managed Routing & Switching.
Relevant technical certifications, such as CCNA, NSE4, or CompTIA A+ Networking.
Experience providing technical support in a call centre or similar environment.
