The primary purpose of this position is to be the field sales support for the team. The position is essential in planning, organizing and coordinating presentations, materials, and data for successful business interactions and eventing with the customers – revenue, resources, assortment management, portals & processing, pricing and margin tool updates.

- Creates and maintains PowerPoint and sell sheet information for teams use at trade shows and customer meetings
- Provides all trade show booth POG’s, Item layout, coordinates all shipping of materials, and acts as point of contact to 1800F Gourmet Food Group team/Trade Show event coordinators
- Facilitates new item set up from customer requests into portals and other external systems including GXS, 1WSync, ECRM, and IXOne
- Acts as interface with Sales Team on all customer presentations and vendor requirements to ensure compliance in all aspects of our documents
- Responsible for the acquisition and distribution of assets including images, nutritional panels, UPC’s, and product content requirements – engages with all leads from key areas of the business
- Verifies all new item set ups in SAP and communicates changes with other departments, makes corrections prior to uploading into the price list database
- Maintains the Wholesale price list by managing the Access Database Master
- Tracks all Wholesale Development projects – logs, updates weekly status, timing for completion
- Supports wholesale merchants with the acquisition of mock structures for product development and trade samples
- Schedules all photography through Work Front and communicates with photo stylist on needs and timing
- High school diploma or Associates Degree preferred
- 1-3+ years project management experience preferred
- Must possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to follow-up, perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, respond to changing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines with accurate and detailed results.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook for success. Photoshop experience preferred
