The Execution Coordination team within Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support our operations in Buenos Aires. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to review and understand legal agreements, and a solid grasp of public and private policies related to information sharing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in navigating internal systems, interacting with both internal desks and external parties, and understanding various forms of KYC documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients during loan execution, ensuring professional communication and responsiveness in high-risk situations.
- Identify and escalate potential risks, maintaining compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, clarify requirements, and facilitate efficient loan processing.
- Assist in reviewing loan documentation, capturing legal wording and requirements, and ensuring accurate reflection of loan terms.
- Translate client and legal requirements into actionable steps, documenting and communicating details to relevant teams.
- Adhere to established procedures, suggest process improvements, and support issue resolution to maintain high service standards.
- Contribute to a culture of strong performance and continuous learning within the team.

- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in financial services required.
- 1-2 years of experience in operational roles.
