How you will contribute
You will:
- Define and develop In store Standards for primary shelf and secondary placement in line with category and brand strategy, adapt it to each retail environment by customer and all supporting rationale and customer stories
- Lead end to end delivery of displays.
- Use Mondelēz International harmonized displays & design simplification principles; maintain project documentation & reporting to communicate clear status of projects
- Perfect Store KPIs tracking and identify distribution opportunities - analysis, action plan and activities execution
- Provide support with fast track: analyze, calculate, prepare for revision, sign off and monitor priorities and results together with Category Planning and activation
- Manage all activities in line with budgets agreed

More about this role
What you need to know about this position:
- Accountable for; WS & EB2B target setting, tracking, analyzing and ultimate achievement of internal distribution targets across channels (MSL / SKU dealing) as well as Retail Audit ND and NWD targets for core brand.
- Manage E-B2B Channel plans ensuring we are have the right pricing, portfolio and promo.
- Lead and develop fully integrated customer / channel solutions based on channel and shopper insights while driving categories' strategic goals.
- Assumes accountability for the quality of in-store execution within channel. Contributes to the development of in store visibility guidelines, though providing Category Planning Manager (CPM) with channel input and opportunities and signs off all updates/changes in guidelines.
- Cascade In store visibility guidelines to field force and drive the sales organization towards flawless execution in-market leveraging; supervision tools, Auditing program, incentive program, ongoing training and at least 10 market visits /month.
- Accountable for driving the deployment POB display solutions within channel in line with set guidelines (outlet segmentation/threshold/location/planogram). Sets and cascades deployment targets (store/sales rep. level) to field Sales/Merchandizing teams and tracks actual deployment achievement vs. set targets.
- Participate in the demand planning process by providing relevant channel data and setting accurate channel forecasts. Owns target split among regions and sub-channels.
- Develop and ensure proper implementation of channel trade terms/customer contracts and loyalty programs. Develop all required tools and processes and ensure adherence e.g. Loyalty program participation forms signature, customer target setting process etc.
- Develop and update channel/customer driven activity calendar. Integrate category activities into channel calendar and ensure proper communication (monthly trade letter) and in-market implementation .
- Hold and manage monthly Channel Review Forum with the MD & field Sales Management to review Channel performance against distribution and in store execution KPIs and review previous month's activities implementation.
- Manage Channel's Customer Investment (CI)Budget. Manage spend in line with Commercial Spend Process and conduct monthly reconciliation with Finance.
- Owns all channel specific programs such as MSL, Perfect Store, Best permanent display.
