We have an exciting opportunity for a Wholesale Assistant based in Paris.
Department Overview:
The Wholesale Sales Department manages relationships with external retail partners, driving sales through strategic distribution, order placement, and brand positioning.
What You’ll Do:
As a Wholesale Assistant, you’ll support the Sales Team across one or more product categories. You’ll manage daily administrative tasks, assist clients, and support Account Executives during market periods. You will also help ensure the showroom runs smoothly and support event execution.
Administrative Tasks and Support
- Support the Sales Department with back-office and admin tasks
- Maintain customer databases and manage order entry
- Distribute stock lists and manage reorder requests
- Liaise with Customer Service and Credit teams on order tracking and KPIs
Organization and Communication
- Coordinate pre- and post-sales activities and appointments
- Assist the Sales Team during client market appointments
- Present MK products and respond to customer requests
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams
Product and Market Knowledge
- Share feedback on sales activity and trends
- Stay up to date on product assortments and market developments
- Represent the brand confidently and professionally
Showroom Responsibilities
- Serve as key contact for clients, partners, and staff in the showroom
- Oversee showroom standards, operations, and logistics
- Support setup/teardown of samples and markets for all MK divisions
- Organize sample shipments and maintain calendars during market
- Coordinate technical/facility needs and manage budgets
- Support catering, model bookings, customer reporting, and office supply needs
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Computer literate with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proactive and solution-focused approach
- Positive, collaborative mindset
