WFD Associate will be responsible for:
1. Undergo train the trainer (TTT) and perform new process fan out.

2. Supervisor Operation certification / Recertification Training 

3. Operators Operation certification / Recertification Training / De-certification

4. New Operator on boarding and certification training 

5. Coordinate Eye Check for inspection operators (part of IATF)

6. To check effectiveness of training monitor New Operator for 1.5 months

7. Update trainings, test paper in Learning software (LMS) Workday. and assessment software.

8. Ensure zero overdue for production operators in scope.

9. Briefing of Engineering Change across shifts

10 Audit support for Customer Audits, ISO Audits and other audits. 

11. Collaborate with Inline-Process-Quality-Check for quality assurance.

12. Coordinate process user acceptance test (UAT) for new software.

13. Cross Trainings for Multi skill trainings

14. Provide ad hoc assistance, mentorship, and follow-ups as necessary.

15. Support Shift Mfg. Supervisor to execute volume Production during shift.
