Für unsere Rechtsabteilung suchen wir fortlaufend Werkstudenten und Praktikanten (m/w/d), die uns bei der Beratung der Geschäftsbereiche in der Region EMEA in allen Rechtsangelegenheiten unterstützen. Wir bieten die Möglichkeit über den juristischen Tellerrand hinaus einen spannenden Einblick in die Arbeitsweise eines globalen Unternehmens sowie das Berufsbild des Syndikusrechtsanwaltes/anwältin in einer modernen Rechtsabteilung zu erhalten.
Dabei übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben:
• Recherche und Beantwortung von Rechtsfragen unter anderem aus dem internationalen Wirtschaftsrecht, Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht, Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz, Wettbewerbsrecht, allgemeinen Zivilrecht, Datenschutzrecht und EU-Recht
• Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilung bei der Überprüfung, Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Verträgen
• Eigenständige Beratung von internen Mandanten und Koordinierung von Projekten
• Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben und dem internen Legal Entity Management
• Aktualisierung eines internen Newsletters über aktuelle juristische Praxisfragen und Entwicklungen
Deine Qualifikation:
• Du hast Dein erstes Staatsexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen, stehst kurz davor oder hast schon mit dem Referendariat begonnen
• Du interessierst dich nicht nur für juristische Themen, hast Verständnis für technische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Sinn für praktische Lösungen
• Du bist engagiert und interessiert, dir auch eine fremde Materie in kurzer Zeit zu erschließen
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, die du vielleicht sogar im Ausland vertieft hast
