Was ist Dein Beitrag?
Du arbeitest direkt und aktiv in unserem Tagesgeschäft im Recruitment, unterstützt bei Themen wie Active Sourcing, der Interview-Führung und in der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Account Managern
Die Arbeit mit Profil- Datenbanken, Job-Boards und verschiedenen Social Media Kanälen gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben.
In persönlichen und telefonischen Interviews qualifizierst Du die jeweiligen Kandidaten und überzeugst sie von Deinem Projekt.
Du tauschst Dich eng mit dem Account Management aus und bist über alle Einzelheiten der Stelle und des Auftraggebers im Bilde.
