Ausführen vielseitiger Tätigkeiten in der Regel nach allgemeinen Anweisungen unter gelegentlicher Fachaufsicht:
- Unterstützung der Projektleiter im Tagesgeschäft
- Erstellung von Appropriation Requests (Mittelanforderung) in Rücksprache mit Betriebs- und Prozessingenieuren
- Fortschrittskontrolle der Projekte
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Projekten in den verschiedenen Projektstufen
- Erfassung, Pflege und Auswertung projektbezogener Daten in der ERP-Software (bevorzugt SAP)
- Erstellung von Bestellanforderungen
- Durchführung von Angebotsvergleichen
- Einholung von Zweitangeboten
- Überprüfung von Fließbildern (Redlining)
- Lieferantenkontakt
- Teilnahme an Projektmeetings und Sicherheitsbetrachtungen
Du bist erfolgreich in der Position, wenn du nachfolgende Qualifikationen erfüllst:
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Fachrichtungen Verfahrenstechnik, Chemietechnik oder vergleichbar vorzugsweise im Masterstudium
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Industrie ist von Vorteil
- Organisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
