Stellenbeschreibung- Unterstützung bei der Maskengenerierung für VCSEL-GaAs-Halbleiterfertigungsprozesse
- Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung der technischen Dokumentation für Maskenlayouts sowie zugehörige Designregeln
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Masken-Jobfiles für Lithografieprozesse einschließlich EPI-, Mesa- und Grating-Strukturen
- Durchführung von Design Rule Checks (DRC) sowie Schicht- und Layoutverifikationen von Maskendaten
- Dokumentation von Prozessabläufen und Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Masken-Versionskontrolle
- Vorbereitung und Aufbereitung von Layout- und Produktionsdaten
- Erstellung von Visualisierungen, Auswertungen und technischen Berichten
- Laufendes Bachelor oder Masterstudium im Bereich Mikroelektronik, Halbleitertechnologie, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang
- Grundlegendes Verständnis der Strukturen und Fertigungsprozesse von Halbleiterbauelementen
- Erste Kenntnisse in CAD-/Layout-Software von Vorteil
- Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte, detailorientierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
