- Support with day-to-day operational tasks
- Support with projects, year-end closing activities, and account reconciliations
- Support in reviewing incoming travel expense claims and related documentation, as well as assisting colleagues with questions regarding the preparation of expense reports
- Additional support for colleagues within the Europe-wide team, as required and subject to mutual agreement and coordination.
- Enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably from the 2nd or 3rd semester onwards
- Alternatively, completed vocational training with an interest in finance, accounting, or business administration
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident working with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented working style
