Erledigung von Prüfaufgaben
- Durchführung von Härteprüfungen nach Vorgaben des Prüfplans oder nach Zeichnung in verschiedenen Prüfverfahren
- Erteilung von Fertigungsfreigaben
- Metallografische Untersuchungen, Ermittlung der Einsatzhärte-, Nitirerhärte- und Induktionshärtetiefe, Gefügebeurteilung, Spektralanalyse, Restschmutzanalyse nach Kundenanforderungen, magnetinduktive Rissprüfung einschließlich Einrichtung, Farbeindringprüfung, Faserverlaufsätzung an Schmiedeteilen, Schleifbrandprüfung
Fertigungsbegleitende Qualitätssicherung
- Mitwirken bei der Erstellung und Durchführung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit und sowie QM-Standardvorgaben.
- Überwachen der Umsetzung von QM-Vorgaben, damit die Produktionsprozesse in der Serienfertigung nach vorgegebenem Standard ablaufen.
- Feststellen, dass chemische und physikalische Werkstoffeigenschaften von Rohteilen und Fertigteilen mit der Spezifikation über den gesamten Produktionszyklus übereinstimmen
- Erstellung und Test von Messprogrammen für die Härteprüftechnik
- Serienkontrolle für die Härterei nach Vorgaben des Prüfplans
- Werkstoffuntersuchungen bei Fertigungsproblemen, die auf Materialfehler hindeuten.
- Mitwirken bei der Schadensuntersuchung von reklamierten Roh- und Fertigteilen mit Bewertung möglicher Ursachen
Werkstoffliche Wareneingangskontrolle
- Untersuchung von Roh- und Fertigteilen nach Vorgaben des Prüfplans oder nach Zeichnung für die Wareneingangskontrolle, Mitwirken bei der Entscheidung über stoffliche Freigabe oder Rückweisung.
Erstbemusterung
- Werkstoffuntersuchungen im Rahmen der Erstbemusterung für Wareneingangsteile und Fertigteile. Erstellung Prüfbericht für Kunden bzw. Lieferanten
Produktaudits
- Durchführen stofflicher Produktaudits auf Anforderung des Messraums.

Quality assurance during production
- Contributing to the development and implementation of quality assurance measures, taking into account economic efficiency and standard QM specifications.
- Monitoring the implementation of QM specifications so that the production processes in series production run according to the specified standard.

- Material testing as part of initial sampling for incoming goods parts and finished parts. Preparation of test reports for customers and suppliers
Product audits
- Carrying out material product audits at the request of the measuring room.
Required Skills and Education
German:
- Fachspezifische 3jährige Berufsausbildung z.B. Werkstoffprüfer (m/w/d) (Metalltechnik) bzw. langjährige Berufserfahrungen
- Abschluss als Staatlich geprüfter Werkstoff- und Prüftechniker (m/w/d) wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
English:
- Professional 3-year vocational training, e.g. Werkstoffprüfer (m/f/d) (Metalltechnik) or professional experience
- Degree as a Staatlich geprüfter Werkstoff- und Prüftechniker (m/f/d) preferable
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
