Join our team to help improve the emotional, physical, and financial well-being of our employees. You will assist in launching company-wide wellness initiatives, creating engaging content, and analyzing program impact. A Well-being Intern supports organizational health initiatives by assisting with the planning, promotion, and execution of wellness programs, including event coordination, educational material creation, and data analysis. This role is ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in public health or nutrition to improve employee engagement and well-being.
- Program Support: Assist in developing and implementing wellness programs, such as nutrition workshops, mental health sessions, and stress-reduction initiatives.
- Marketing & Communication: Create, design, and distribute engaging marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, digital content) to promote wellness events.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate, set up, and facilitate on-site or virtual health events, workshops, and wellness challenges.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Survey employees to assess wellness needs, analyze program participation data, and assist in drafting impact reports.
Research & Resources: Conduct research on wellness trends, such as mindfulness, mental health, and physical health, to enhance program offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute monthly on-site and virtual well-being events, challenges, and webinars
- Lead multi-channel well-being communications across intranet, Microsoft Teams, email, and newsletters
- Partner with key contacts to drive participation and impact
- Qualifications: Current student or recent graduate in Public Health, Psychology, Nutrition, or related field. Strong communication skills, passion for health, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Hours/Duration: 32 hours/week June – September/October flexible end date
- Compensation: $17/hour
