Job Responsibilities:
- Proveer asesoría técnica de soldadura que soporte los proyectos de acuerdo a los requerimientos del cliente.
- Desarrollar e implementar documentación y procedimientos para la validación de equipo de soldadura y procesos que excedan las expectativas del cliente.
- Desarrollar, ajustar y validar los parámetros de soldadura mediante ajustes de los equipos, pruebas destructivas/no destructivas etc. para asegurar la calidad de las piezas conforme a los requerimientos del cliente.
- Evaluar procesos/equipo para realizar mejora continua, recomendaciones en la calidad y procesos de soldadura.
- Ajuste de equipo periférico de soldadura utilizado en celdas automáticas y manuales como son : tipdresser, reamer y etc.
- Generar Listado de Materiales y requisiciones de equipos nuevos y refacciones. Seguimiento al proceso de compra para asegurar que el material este correcto y en tiempo.
- Cumplir en tiempo y forma las actividades de cada proyecto.
- Cumplir con todos los lineamientos y procedimientos del sistema operativo y de calidad para garantizar los resultados previstos (SGC).
- Seguimiento a proveedores para la revisión y entrega de actividades conforme a RFQ. Reporta cualquier retraso o incidencia.
- Realiza reportes de actividades y avances a jefe inmediato y líder de proyectos asignado para seguimiento técnico de cada proyecto.
- Cumplir con todos los cursos y lineamientos de conformidad corporativos que le sean asignados en tiempo y forma.
