Job Responsibilities:
Estandarizar y establecer las actividades Preventivas, Predictivas y Correctivas planeadas de los tooling de Geometría para su buen comportamiento dimensional. Cumplir las condiciones de operación del tooling, para un buen producto con calidad, demostrando eficiencia.
Ser capaz de mantener un equipo de trabajo coordinado y enfocado en mantener en óptimas condiciones los equipos del proceso esto para el logro de los objetivos de la compañía.
EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Técnico en máquinas Herramientas, Preparatoria o a fin
FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: 5 años en la industria automotriz en puesto similar
CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:

• Interpretar reporte de CMM para los ajustes dimensionales
• Conocimientos y analizar reporte de Faro para realizar ajustes dimensionales
• Conocimientos e interpretar el GD&T
• Conocer el CP, CPK
• Conocimiento de posiciones vehiculares
• Realizar ajustes Dimensionales de acuerdo con los atributos que pida checking Fixture
• Conocimientos de los tooling de Geometría
• Elaboración de slow build de estaciones y asegurar certificaciones de estaciones
• Conocimiento de checking fixture
• Conocimiento de holding
• Conocimiento de norma NAAMS y su aplicación.
• Conocimiento de tolerancias de un datum (pin) contra barreno de material
• Conocer la posición de los ejes que se utilizan para un ajuste dimensional
• Conocimiento de máquinas herramientas, soldadura, barrenar para machuelo mm/st, acabado con pulidor, conocimiento de tornillerías milimétricas los diferentes pasos, realizar mejoras o cambios de ingeniería en los tooling,
• Conocimientos hacer el Match metal, Drill panel, Shim book, revisión de pines para su cambio de acuerdo a tolerancias
• Conocimiento de aceros y tratamientos
• Saber utilizar las herramientas o instrumentos de medición como Vernier, micrómetro, escalas, Feller, cinta métrica
• Participación en los nuevos proyectos para la revisión de los tooling de geometría
• Conocimientos de Metrología
• Elaboración y ejecución de mantenimiento preventivos, correctivos y predictivos
• Conocimiento de dibujo técnico
• Conocimiento de Core tools ( MSA, SPC, APQP,AMEF, CONTROL PLAN )
• Desarrollar y entrenar personal técnico
• Conocimiento en dibujo técnico croquis e interpretación de planos
• Conocimiento Maquinas y herramientas (Ajuste de banco)
• Manejo de modelo CAD.

IDIOMAS

• Ingles intermedio.
