Heidelberg Materials is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aggregate Quarry Weighmaster to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for drivers, customers, and plant personnel while ensuring accurate ticketing, inventory tracking, and shipment documentation in a fast-paced quarry environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Accurately weigh inbound and outbound trucks and process shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, and quarry personnel to support efficient material movement.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, tickets, and inventory transactions.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional service at the scale house.
- Support safe and compliant operations by following company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Effective communication and customer service skills in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and business software applications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Primarily based in a scale house at an active aggregate quarry operation.
- Frequent interaction with truck drivers, customers, contractors, and site personnel.
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving mobile equipment.
- Combination of administrative duties and operational support activities.
