Conductor is a mission-driven company with a commitment to innovation, customer success, and culture. For Conductor, success is improving the lives of everyone in our orbit—our customers, our customers' customers, our employee-owners, and our communities.

We’re a forward-thinking, product-led company looking for a Website & SaaS UX Designer with a strong analytical mindset and experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) to drive seamless and conversion-optimized user experiences across our marketing website and SaaS platform. This role blends website UX optimization with SaaS product design, ensuring a smooth user journey from acquisition to activation and retention. If you have hands-on UX experience and are ready to take ownership of projects, this is a great opportunity to drive user-centered design solutions.

Who We Need

We’re seeking a talented, driven designer to help shape exceptional user experiences across our website and products.

  • You’re passionate about designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly digital experiences.
  • You think about users constantly and advocate for them at every stage of the design process.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, working inclusively with teammates and stakeholders.
  • You are obsessed with detail and passionate about creating visually compelling experiences.
  • Adaptability and resilience in shifting priorities.
  • Proactive and resourceful, always seeking to improve both your skills and your work.
  • You welcome feedback—both giving and receiving—with a growth mindset and low ego.
What You’ll Do
  • Design and optimize website experiences to drive engagement, self-serve conversions, and trial activations in a PLG model.
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly SaaS product experiences that align with PLG principles and support user onboarding, activation, and retention.
  • Use website analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.) to analyze user behavior, identify friction points, and improve UX/UI for conversion.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform product UX improvements.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests to validate design changes and improve key metrics (signup rates, demo requests, feature adoption).
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Collaborate with growth, content, and SEO teams to refine website navigation, landing pages, and content structure for better discoverability and engagement.
  • Work with product managers and engineers to define and refine user flows, minimizing friction in onboarding and feature adoption.
  • Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and UX best practices.
  • Advocate for UX within the company by presenting insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and industry advancements.
Skills You’ll Need
  • Strong UX design foundations with a user-first mindset.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills
  • Experience in UX research methods and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with confidence in components, auto-layout, libraries, and key features.
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with design processes and methodologies.
  • Comfortable working across time zones in cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design, with expertise in website design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and problem-solving approaches.
  • Experience working on analytic solutions is a plus!
