Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Website Update &
Integration Specialist to conduct a comprehensive audit and optimization of an
established home organization business website. The primary objective is to
ensure a seamless customer experience, improve website functionality, and
successfully integrate the company's scheduling and booking systems.
This is a project-based engagement focused on completing
website improvements, integrations, testing, and quality assurance.
Project Scope:
Website Audit & Optimization
- Conduct
a full audit of the existing website.
- Review
navigation, user experience, and customer journey.
- Identify
and resolve usability issues and broken elements.
- Verify
that all information is accurate, current, and professionally presented.
- Ensure
all links, forms, buttons, and call-to-actions function correctly.
Platform Management
- Update
and edit website content within the Duda platform.
- Implement
requested website changes and improvements.
- Ensure
mobile responsiveness and consistency across devices.
Integrations
- Integrate
and optimize Squarespace-related components where applicable.
- Implement
and test Square scheduling system integration.
- Ensure
scheduling workflows are functioning properly from a customer perspective.
- Verify
that booking confirmations and customer interactions operate as intended.
Quality Assurance
- Perform
end-to-end testing of the customer experience.
- Create
a checklist documenting completed updates and recommendations.
- Provide
feedback and suggestions to improve conversions and user experience.
Qualifications:
Required
- Experience
working with Duda websites.
- Website
troubleshooting and testing experience.
- Experience
implementing website integrations.
- Strong
attention to detail.
- Ability
to independently identify and resolve website issues.
