As a Web Product Discovery Lead within the Integrated Owned Marketing Team, you will play a key role in unifying and modernizing jpmorgan.com, driving business growth, and enhancing client engagement across the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). You will be part of the web product team and help advance J.P. Morgan's client-first approach and global leadership in digital experiences.
Job responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of a user-centric discovery operating model to identify UX challenges and advocate for users, ensuring alignment with web product team goals.
  • Oversee project management and team leadership for multiple roles and projects within the UX Design and Research domain, providing day-to-day feedback, guidance, and critique to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Champion user-centric design principles and practices across all web product initiatives, translating research findings into actionable UX recommendations and web strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Web Product Manager and cross-functional partners, including marketing, sales enablement, analytics, testing, and platform design, to ensure cohesive design and research efforts.
  • Serve as a conduit to critical partners and stakeholders to escalate dependencies and identify sources of user research participants across the CIB.
  • Identify and engage internal and external user audiences to support research initiatives and qualitative testing, ensuring diverse perspectives inform design solutions.
  • Develop and implement feedback loops to ensure continuous refinement and improvement of design solutions based on quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with J.P. Morgan's client-first approach and global leadership across the website and related experiences.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 7 + years of experience in digital product design and research with a focus on web platforms.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing user-centric discovery and design models.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and manage diverse user audiences (internal and external) for research and testing purposes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  • Familiarity with research tools and platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or similar).
  • Ability to translate user insights into actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
  • Strong relationship management skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external partners, including marketing, sales enablement, analytics, testing, and platform design teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and present to executive leadership.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a highly organized approach to project management and team leadership.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience working within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Master's degree.
