Requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Own the day-to-day management of the global corporate website and multiple regional sites, ensuring alignment with brand, messaging, and business goals.
  • Manage web content updates, new page builds, and ongoing quality assurance (QA) across a multi-language environment.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaign landing pages using HubSpot CMS.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to recommend and implement SEO/AEO improvements, lead capture forms, and conversion workflows.
  • Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CMS environment, ensuring performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Track and analyze website performance using HubSpot and analytics tools to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor traffic sources and basic conversion metrics to help inform channel and content strategy.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate global and regional content publishing to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely updates.

  • 2-4 years of experience managing global, multi-language websites.
  • Comfort working day-to-day in English (written communication, documentation, meetings with global teams).
  • Strong attention to detail and a QA-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of basic UX principles, SEO fundamentals, and web best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, agencies, and regional teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with HubSpot website management, workflows, analytics, and optimization tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts (no heavy development required).
  • Exposure to B2B marketing, SaaS, or demand generation environments.
  • Experience supporting A/B testing or CRO initiatives.

Benefits
  • 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees, plus 50% coverage for dependents
