Job Description:
In this position, you are responsible for all incoming requests related to the website entrusted to you and for their implementation. This involves both project management tasks as well as content editing and administrative work. In your role, you will collaborate with in-house UX and UI designers, the project manager and a junior sitebuilder, but you are the engine of the website assigned to you. Within the available resources, you have the freedom to define and organize your own workflows.You'll also work closely with our international agency colleagues, and the client team.

What you’ll do
Interpret and break down incoming client requests into clear, actionable tasks
Manage the full lifecycle of content-related tasks: from understanding the brief to execution and quality assurance
Edit and maintain website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Use task management tools such as JIRA, Planner, and Usersnap to track progress
Collaborate with the Hungarian UX/UI team and project manager to align on priorities and solutions
Communicate with international team members across the network
Review and test content updates to ensure quality and consistency
Perform basic image editing tasks (e.g. resizing, saving in correct formats)
Document and report task status, blockers, and completion updates to internal and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for
Experience with CMS platforms, especially Adobe Experience Manager
Strong understanding of content workflows and publishing logic
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality output
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Proactive problem-solving skills and a structured approach to task management
Bonus points if you:
Are comfortable using basic graphic editing tools like Photoshop (e.g. cropping, resizing, exporting)
Are open to client-facing communication
Have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Have experience with other CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal)

Note: This is not a social media or marketing content role . The position focuses exclusively on website content management, structure, and quality.
Work setup: hybrid — 2–3 days per week in our Budapest office , with the rest remote
