The Role

The Position

CallRail is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Website Experience Specialist to join our Marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the website. Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, this position will be responsible for website content updates, delivering new features, and supporting diverse web projects that are aligned with business objectives. We’re looking for someone conversion driven with a strong understanding of website best practices and a background in content management, analytics, experimentation, and direct collaboration with Engineering teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about optimizing, enhancing, and building a best-in-class website.

 What You'll Do 

  • Build, maintain, and update website content on a daily basis using a CMS
  • Collaborate daily with Engineering team, oversee sprint planning, and continual backlog grooming to align with the roadmap
  • Support web projects while effectively communicating timelines and progress with stakeholders and partners
  • Create detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for website enhancement
  • Regular reporting on website metrics, building custom tags, and verifying all tracking is implemented correctly
  • Plan, execute and analyze A/B tests focused on conversion rate optimization
  • Support quality assurance efforts by testing new features and pages, identifying bugs, and ensuring our website is functioning properly at all times

 What You'll Need

  • 2-4 years of website experience working within a CMS (e.g. Builder.io)
  • 2-4 years experience managing engineering sprints and collaborating in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of website best practices and applications
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and experimentation 
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA)  
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker) 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of business KPIs and the website’s impact on them 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

This position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
