Website Developer- Senior Associate
(Technical & Digital Marketing/Operations)

This position requires 3-5 years of relevant professional experience with digital marketing tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. This role is essential in maintaining our online presence and optimizing our digital content, requires a growth mindset to find innovative ways to communicate complex messaging and build on the Ankura brand. Our highly collaborative team supports consultants and colleagues around the world, and we need technical guru who is strategic thinker with an eye for problem solving and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and Upkeep of the Firm Website: Development and upkeep of the firm website(s), ensuring that the digital content is updated and accurate, meets brand guidelines and is optimized for SEO and usability. Monitor and refresh content on live site, trouble shoot and escalate if needed. Create and maintain analytics dashboard and identify opportunities for enhancements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of online advertising, email marketing campaigns, website, social media and other ad hoc reports. Track SEO and Google Analytics data, analyze site performance, and review tracking metrics to provide solutions for improving search engine rankings.
- Intranet Strategy and Execution: Working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, ABS colleagues, consultants), create and configure SharePoint sites for company intranet, ensuring that content is updated and accurate, meets brand guidelines and optimized for accessibility and usability.
- Spearheading Digital Marketing Activities: Lead the execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various online platforms. Work with content team and use templates to create and configure email campaigns. Create distribution lists and manage contact database using HubSpot and Salesforce. Provide analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and measure ROI.
- Collaboration with Content Stakeholders: Partner with content stakeholders to ensure digital content is updated, accurate, aligned with the brand, and optimized for SEO and usability. Assist as needed with posting for social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.). Create and maintain analytics dashboards to measure performance and identify opportunities for enhancements.
- Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and CRM program management
- Strong knowledge of website design and management (WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics):
- Front-end Development Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing themes and plugins.
- Experience with responsive design and frameworks.
- Back-end Development Skills:
- Knowledge of PHP, as it is the primary language used in WordPress.
- Theme and Plugin Development:
- Ability to create custom themes and plugins from scratch.
- Familiarity with the WordPress theme and plugin repositories.
- Database Management:
- Understanding of MySQL for database manipulation and optimization.
- Website Optimization:
- Skills in optimizing website performance, including caching, image optimization, and minimizing HTTP requests.
- Security Best Practices:
- Knowledge of WordPress security practices to protect against vulnerabilities.
- SEO Knowledge:
- Understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement them in WordPress.
- Backend/Server maintenance/updating
- Troubleshoot issues and design solutions to achieve desired look/feel
- Front-end Development Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance tracking
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint (intranet), HubSpot (email/CRM), Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, social media analytics (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube) is required
- Experience managing end-to-end CRM program including but not limited to, scheduling, audience segmentation, journey building
- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
