- 1. Website and Social Management
- Managing content on the website and social media accounts (adding, removing, editing content)
- Managing external users accounts connected to our websites
- Continuous optimisation of search engine performance of the website
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing Teams to load website and social media promotions
2. Technical Support - Act as the primary contact for customers and staff for technical support for all RNZ Websites and social media accounts.
- Troubleshoot internal and external technical issues via phone, email or in person to quickly establish any problems.
- Partner with group IT partners to drive website and social media improvements.
3. Project Management - Evaluation, scope, and execute RNZ website and social media projects to achieve strategic objectives
4. Reporting - Enter and analyse data and identify trends in relation to website performance
- Provide other reports as requested
5. Company Assets - Take care of and maintain in good working order any assets the company provides for use.
6. Other - Complete other tasks and duties as required.
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures including Standard Practice Instructions (SPIs) and Levels of Authority (LoA) are adhered to.
Requirements
- Proven successful performance in a previous similar role, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience using nopcommerce. Client uses nopCommerce version 4.80.4.
- Proven experience and success managing commercial social media accounts to reach business objectives.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Diligence and accuracy.
- Able to communicate and present effectively, building rapport and developing relationships with all company stakeholders.
- The ability to understand and use appropriate language and terminology with reference to the Company’s products and services.
- Effective time management skills to prioritise and achieve daily goals and activities.
- Strong information technology knowledge.
Work Arrangement
- Work Setup: Flexible Work Arrangement
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm NZT, should complete seven (7) hours work
