We're headquartered in Milan, Italy, where you’ll find most of our employees but the teams you'll work with are across Europe and the UK.

The role

We are looking for a talented Webmaster to join our international Activation team. The role is supporting the French region, but the teams are working from all across Europe and the UK. The candidate will be responsible for the set up of our Saas products, in accordance with our Enterprise and Premium clients requirements. The main responsibilities are:

• Gather all the information required to set up the SaaS product for the customer
• Manage client requests and prioritize workflow
• Perform all the necessary tasks to configure the websites and the CRM for the customer to use the SaaS
• Perform the necessary product configuration to fulfill the customer requirements
• Present the progress and the final product to the customer and answer queries
• Tickets management in collaboration with R&D team
• Follow up with developers and product expert teams
• Cooperate with Success Manager in controlling the project scope (avoid scope creeping)

Our ideal Webmaster will have previous experience working in a stakeholder management environment, as well as providing technical support in the set up of web based products, using CMS tools. As well as:

• Native French level and intermediate English
• Previous experience preferably in a SaaS company and in a similar role
• Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
• Capability to act as “power user” for complex business applications like CRM, ERP, CMS, Marketing automation platforms
• Knowledge in Wordpress CMS

Working pattern and location:

• Full time, permanent role
• Monday to Friday
• Hybrid
• Office located in Paris

• Three days of onboarding in our Milan office, with evening team building event
• Bi-monthly appointment for collaboration days, with free breakfast in the office
