H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Webmaster to support the Naval Health Research Center in San Diego, California.
The Webmaster responsibilities will include:
- Web Development: Design and develop user-friendly web pages, converting content into functional and visually appealing web interfaces.
- Navigation Design: Create intuitive and easily navigable web pages to enhance user experience and accessibility.
- Code Evaluation: Review, debug, and repair code errors to ensure the functionality and performance of web pages.
- Web-Enabled Applications: Build and maintain web-enabled database applications to support research and operational needs.
- SharePoint Management: Develop and support SharePoint sites, including custom code, workflows, and integration with Microsoft 365.
- Microsoft PowerApps: Design and implement custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize website performance to ensure quick load times and reliability.
- Security Measures: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect web assets and user data.
- User Support: Provide technical support and training for staff on web-related issues and tools.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for web development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Clearance: Minimum SECRET clearance
- Education: Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science is preferred
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience performing webmaster duties such as developing web pages to convert user-developed content into workable web pages, create easily navigable web pages and basic scripts or code, evaluate code and repair errors, and build or support web-enabled database applications as well as SharePoint development to include SharePoint and Microsoft 365 as well as developing SharePoint custom code, workflows, and Microsoft PowerApps
