Mission:
The Webflow Engineer is responsible for supporting the technical aspects of transitioning client websites from WordPress to Webflow, maintaining the functionality and performance of WordPress sites during migration, and ensuring high-quality, optimized Webflow site setups. The role requires expertise in Webflow, advanced technical problem-solving, and the ability to manage ongoing technical requests efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide technical support to ensure 95% of WordPress sites remain operational and issue-free until fully migrated.
• You will maintain a 2% error rate during technical QA for migrated sites.
• Assist in ensuring that 90% of migration tasks are completed and on schedule.
• When the contractor team encounters technical issues, you’re the go-to expert for solving them quickly and efficiently, keeping the migration process moving seamlessly. Your solutions make the team feel like they’re working with a Webflow wizard.
• Once a migration is complete, every Webflow site is fully functional, mobile-responsive, and optimized, leaving clients thinking, “Wow, JobNimbus really nailed it!”
• Thanks to your technical expertise, clients will see their unique technical requests come to life, from custom animations to advanced CMS integrations.
• Thanks to your swift maintenance support, during the transition, WordPress sites stay fully operational, and clients experience zero disruption.
• Your documentation of technical workflows and best practices will be the gold standard for future Webflow migrations and maintenance.

What makes you the hero for this job:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with Webflow, including building advanced CMS structures, implementing custom code, and optimizing for performance and SEO.
• Strong understanding of website optimization techniques (SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong technical knowledge of implementing integrations, widgets, APIs, and embed code within Webflow. Ability to configure and troubleshoot third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Zapier) and embed custom scripts or code to enhance Webflow site functionality.
