We’re seeking a hands‑on Front‑End Developer with deep Webflow expertise who knows how to push Webflow past its native limits using custom code and animation libraries to build motion-rich, responsive, high-polish sites.
You will build, maintain, and optimize real, live websites and campaigns and be part of the team setting marketing strategy and delivering results. You will report directly to [ Manager ] and work closely with designers, copywriters, SEO strategists, and analytics experts.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain our Webflow marketing site, with a strong focus on motion and custom interactivity
- Translate high-fidelity designs (from Figma) into clean, semantic, and responsive builds
- Implement animations and interactions using both Webflow tools and custom code (GSAP, ScrollTrigger, Lottie, or plain old JS)
- Write and manage reusable components and styles using best practices
- Collaborate with design, product, and brand teams to refine and ship high-quality features quickly
- Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser responsiveness
- Implementing and iterating landing page experiments (A/B or multivariate tests) in Webflow, integrating results into site updates in collaboration with marketing to improve funnel performance or messaging.
- Optimizing for SEO and site performance, including metadata setup, image optimization, page load speed, clean class structure, and semantic markup.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on Webflow development, including CMS, interactions, SEO setup, and custom embed work. Portfolio of at least 3 live Webflow sites required.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for crafting bespoke interactions or site behaviors beyond Webflow’s Designer.
- Conversion optimization mindset: familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g. VWO, Google Optimize), understanding of CTA strategy, bounce rate, and lead‑gen funnel metrics
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate tightly with marketing, design, and analytics team members.
- Experience in healthtech or mission-driven consumer brands
- Familiarity with Figma-to-Webflow workflows
- Direct impact on marketing performance through A/B testing, SEO, and conversion improvements.
