About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Webflow Content Coordinator to help us add content to our clients’ websites and keep them up to date. You’ll be responsible for adding, formatting, and publishing content (text, images, videos, and links) to client websites using Webflow. You’ll work closely with our design and project management teams to ensure that each site reflects the client’s brand and messaging accurately.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with website builders, has an eye for layout and consistency, and takes pride in delivering polished, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and publish website content (text, images, videos, etc.) on client sites using Webflow CMS
- Ensure all content is properly formatted and aligned with brand and design guidelines
- Perform basic page edits such as updating headings, links, or metadata
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure updates meet client expectations
- Review pages for layout, grammar, and functional issues before publishing
- Manage version tracking and communicate progress on assigned tasks
- Perform light QA and cross-browser checks to confirm consistent rendering
- Organize and maintain media assets within Webflow
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in website content management or a similar role
- Familiarity with Webflow or other website builders (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, and image optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of SEO, HTML, or graphic editing tools (e.g., Canva, Figma)
Work Schedule, Location & Compensation
- Remote position, based in the Philippines
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Regular collaboration with US-based team members via Slack and Zoom
- Compensation: $400 - 600 USD per month
