What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance websites using Webflow.
- Implement advanced animations and interactions using GSAP (and other animations libraries), CSS animations, and Webflow’s native interactions to enhance user engagement.
- Create visually compelling pages with an eye for detail, from homepage designs to landing pages, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketers to create seamless, optimized user experiences.
- Optimize websites and implement best practices for performance, SEO, and accessibility, ensuring stability and functionality across all platforms.
- Use custom code when Webflow’s built-in features don’t meet client needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new Webflow technologies and animation tools to improve development efficiency and creativity.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders, providing feedback and updates on project progress.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- 3+ years of Webflow experience, building and optimizing custom sites.
- Strong portfolio showcasing animations, interactions, and performance-focused designs.
- Proficiency in GSAP and other animation libraries for engaging web experiences.
- Experience with responsive design, accessibility, and best practices.
- Ability to integrate Webflow with third-party tools and custom code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for learning, collaborating, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
