About the Role:
JAVAD GNSS is hiring a Web UI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will translate UI designs into functional web applications using React. You will maintain the design system library and collaborate with design and engineering teams to meet project requirements. This is an opportunity to enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive web applications using React.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s design system library to ensure consistency across all web applications.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to implement project specifications and requirements.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web UI Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies: Typescript, HTML, and CSS, including DOM manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Thorough understanding of React and its core principles.
- Familiarity with client-server applications, especially RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Vite, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
